Ms Emily Sheldon, a 21-year old civilian flight instructor at Pensacola airport.

On Aug 11, Emily was instructing a student pilot in her Cessna 172 when the plane experienced a serious oil system failure accompanied by smoke in the cockpit.
Emily successfully performed an emergency landing on the Eastbound lanes of I-10. No injuries and no damage.
An incredible feat of superior airmanship.
